Adirondack Landscape

Photographs and Notecards

I began visiting the Adirondacks more than thirty years ago, and was awed then by its vast array of photographic potential, from intimate close-ups of fungi or ferns, to ever-changing reflections in the Ausable River, and on to sweeping views of the Great Range. Now, having lived in the Adirondacks for 25 years, I continue to be awed and inspired by its rugged beauty on a daily basis.

I enjoy all that the Adirondacks has to offer—hiking the 46ers, camping out under star-filled skies, canoeing on the many lakes and streams, cross-country skiing on miles of trails, telemark skiing at Whiteface—and bring my camera on almost all of my adventures.
